5:30 – 6:30 PM Social - Complementary Appetizers Wine/Beer

6:30 PM Seating and Introductions

6:45 PM Dinner

8:00 PM Silent Auction Ends, Live Auction Begins

Drawing for 50/50 Raffle

 DINNER CHOICES

·       TBD New York Strip Steak (12oz) with Roasted Garlic Compound Butter

·       TBD Jumbo Lump Crab Cake (5 oz.) with Old Bay Cream Sauce

·       TBD Vegetarian Meal Choice is: Spinach and Cheese Tortellini with Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce

Each will be served with a Salad of Mixed Greens, Crumbled Goat Cheese, Candied Walnuts, Dried Cranberries, and a Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, Herb Roasted Potatoes, Jumbo Asparagus Oven Roasted with Herb Butter, Rolls, and Butter.

Dessert will be a Wild Berry Tart with Whipped Cream Topping.
