Thanks to our Volunteers and Supporters
Care at St. Luke Community Clinic is made possible by a small paid medical and support staff and our local doctors, nurses, and office volunteers who unselfishly donate their time and talents. We are grateful for the hundreds of thousands of dollars in free prescription medications that are supplied by the pharmaceutical companies. We owe a debt of gratitude to Warren Memorial Hospital and Valley Health which provide many services to our patients, including lab work, diagnostic testing, and specialty services. Many local medical specialists also provide free or low cost services to our patients based on our referrals.
In 2016 the clinic cared for 744 unduplicated patients providing over 3,100 primary and specialty visits. For every dollar donated the clinic provided over $9.00 worth of health care to our patients. Over 19,000 free or discounted prescriptions and samples were issued to patients, the value of which exceeded $1.4 million.
Please join the ranks of our volunteers to help make
our community a healthier one.
